Coordinated operations at a Community Access Program (C@P) site providing public computer access and digital literacy programming. Designed and maintained the site’s website, developed a database to manage course registrations and payments, and created a seasonal course catalogue. Designed and taught technology-focused classes, including social media, Microsoft Office and introductory web development. Ran summer day camps introducing children to web technologies and Lego robotics. Hired and supervised casual instructors, scheduled and coordinated classes, and assessed community needs to inform course offerings—several of which were created and designed in direct response to public feedback. Processed course payments, proctored certification exams, and produced monthly statistical reports for the non-profit board. Developed a proposal for a shared course material repository to streamline curriculum development and support digital literacy efforts across regional C@P sites.
