Provided IT consulting services to a non-profit performing arts venue, supporting operations across infrastructure, systems, and digital platforms. Designed and implemented a segmented network topology using VLANs and DD-WRT. Set up and maintained an Active Directory domain using Windows Server 2012 and 2016. Administered a LAMP-based web server hosted on a virtual private server, and maintained the organization’s website. Provided ongoing technical support to theatre staff and maintained the venue’s POS ticketing system. Also supported audiovisual (AV) equipment setup and maintenance for events.
