During this brief volunteering engagement, I assisted with the revamping of the organization’s communications systems and strategies. I assisted with the setup of an account with Tech Soup Canada which enabled the organization to receive Microsoft 365 services for free. Once Microsoft 365 services were sourced, I produced and integrated a strategy for organizing email inboxes for several volunteer roles that usually experienced annual turnover to ensure data sovereignty and continuity between individuals by making use of email aliases and group mailboxes.
